Boston based, Kevin Cooney, is what we would call the poster boy for International Coffee Day. He is literally a morning cup of coffee in human form. Getting his start on TikTok, he quickly became known as the world's morning alarm clock.
Aside from being a social media staple, Kevin is the CEO of Dangerously Caffeinated. In their words, "fueled by heart palpitating energy and good vibes, Dangerously Caffeinated was created to keep you laser focused and excited for what life throws at you next."
We spoke to Kevin about his brand, morning routine (good morning, you bad beautiful bitch, you!), why he loves coffee so much, and about a touchy subject for Patriots fans. His answer surprised us!
How did Dangerously Caffeinated come to life?
Dangerously Caffeinated started as a catchphrase (Let's get Dangerously and I mean Dangerously Caffeinated) on TikTok! I started to see more and more comments asking for merch so that's when Dangerously Caffeinated grew from a catchphrase to a full on merch line! From there I continued making content and again saw more and more comments saying "where is the coffee" or "I have the merch but WE WANT COFFEE". I then partnered with a good friend of mine to help source coffee beans and help with bring this fast growing company to life! We found a local brew master that ships in our coffee beans from all over the world and brews all orders fresh to ship!
For those who aren't coffee connoisseurs, what is it about coffee that you love so much?
My love for coffee actually has nothing to do with coffee at all. I LOVE that coffee can bring a group of people to the same table to catch up, laugh, or come up with the next big idea. My love for coffee is actually around the conversations that are had when you meet an old friend, co-worker, mentor, relative, or loved one for a cup of coffee.
What is your favorite Dangerously Caffeinated roast at the moment?
My favorite roast is The Basic Witch, which is our pumpkin spice blend! One sip and you will be able to Hocus Pocus & Focus for the entire day! This blend taste like trick or treating again for the first time…it's scary at first but ends up being purely magical!

I wake up at 6:00AM each day and the first thing I do is workout! I then jump in my truck and film a morning alarm for Tiktok!
