How do you build a stronger future? You bring your entire team together.
On September 19th, we welcomed staff from across North America to Montreal for our company-wide summit. It was a chance to step away from the day-to-day and lean into what makes Dulcedo thrive: collaboration, innovation, and connection.
The gathering began the day before with a focused retreat for our Team Managers, who had the opportunity to dive deeper into key initiatives and strengthen their leadership insights. It was also a chance to learn and align on upcoming priorities, while strengthening professional relationships that will carry forward into the year ahead. By dedicating time to both strategy and connection, our leaders left with renewed clarity, alignment, and confidence in the road ahead.
On Friday, the full summit opened with a social activity designed to spark new connections and encourage staff to share content and ideas across departments. From there, our CEO led the sessions, creating a personal and inspiring space to outline our goals, our impact, and the ambitious path ahead. Together, we examined how Dulcedo is shaping the future of talent and influencer marketing, with aspirational growth targets, new opportunities on the horizon, and a commitment to expanding our global influence. As a team, we reaffirmed that Dulcedo is not only building on past successes but also reaching toward big, transformative ambitions; expanding our presence, deepening our cultural impact, and paving the way to become the leading voice in talent management worldwide.
We also carved out time for growth on a practical level. JJ Machate, our Operations Manager and Sarah Kulaga, our Training & Onboarding Manager led an engaging session for the entire team, introducing new processes and tools that will help us work more efficiently as a global organization.
We also had the privilege of joining one of our longest-standing models, Eryck Laframboise, who has been with us for 16 years, in a powerful breathwork workshop. The practice opened the room in an unexpected way, reminding us that mindfulness and creativity are key ingredients in both individual and collective success.
The day ended on a high note, with our staff gathering for an evening of celebration at Yoko Luna. The summit wasn’t just a look back at what we’ve achieved, it was a forward-facing exciting reminder of who we are, and where we are going!
