When the conversation turns to the future of digital influence and creator marketing, Dulcedo’s very own Isobelle Gore-Ward is one of the voices shaping it. On October 12th, she was invited to speak at Emily Blair Media's annual Career Development Summit, hosted in partnership with Long Island University’s Roc Nation School of Music Sports & Entertainment — an event renowned for spotlighting leaders across fashion, sports, digital media, and entertainment.
The Emily Blair Career Development Summit brought together a powerhouse lineup of Olympic athletes, media executives, and industry innovators to share insights with the next generation of creative professionals. Isobelle joined the summit’s panel of industry leaders under the “Talent Agents, Managers & PR” category, contributing her perspective on the evolving landscape of talent representation and influencer marketing. Drawing from her experience in guiding both creators and brand partners, she represented Dulcedo’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and strategic growth within the digital space.
I was honored to be part of this exciting event hosted by the amazing EBM Team. EBM has been such a great partner to Dulcedo this year, and being able to build on that partnership in this way was incredibly rewarding. The panel focused on giving students a real look into what actually happens in the world of talent management - something I wish I’d had access to when I was just starting out. It’s so important that we continue to create spaces where knowledge, guidance, and real-world perspectives are shared freely with the future minds and leaders of this industry.
Currently serving as Associate Director in Dulcedo’s Influencer Division, Isobelle supports Team Managers and Talent Agents across North America, strengthening collaboration and driving growth within one of the agency’s most dynamic departments. Known for her 360° approach to influencer strategy, she blends her experience on both the brand and talent sides of the industry — having worked with iconic global companies such as Ralph Lauren, The Hut Group, and Ziff Davis before joining Dulcedo in 2022.
The event highlighted the growing importance of cross-industry collaboration between brand leaders, creators, and educators: a mission that Dulcedo champions daily through its commitment to talent development, empowerment, and innovation in the digital space. Her participation in the summit spotlighted Dulcedo’s continued leadership within the creator economy and its dedication to empowering voices that shape the future of digital influence.
Congratulations to Isobelle Gore-Ward on representing Dulcedo on such an influential stage!
