What was it like being part of a Rhode shoot?

Milly: It was amazing, unexpected, and so much fun. I’ve been a huge fan of the brand for a while, so getting the chance to combine my love for Rhode with my love for creating felt really special.

How did the vibe on set compare to other campaigns you’ve worked on?

Milly: Every set has its own energy, which is the magic of this job. You never know what you’re walking into. But Rhode felt special. I was genuinely honoured to be there.

Any behind-the-scenes moments that stood out?

Milly: The team was incredibly warm and professional. You could feel that everyone cared about what they were creating. It made the whole day feel effortless.

What do you personally love about Rhode’s brand or aesthetic?

Milly: Rhode is just cool in a very effortless way. The products speak for themselves. Honestly, the lip combo I wore that day became an instant favourite. I’m still wearing it nonstop.

Did working with them change how you see the brand or its story?

Milly: Absolutely. I got to try some products I hadn’t used before, and I loved how intentional and inclusive the brand is. It made me appreciate the story behind it even more.

What went through your head when you found out you booked the campaign?

Milly: Pure disbelief. It was one of those moments where I told myself, “Okay… stay calm. We’ll celebrate once you’re actually on set.” It felt surreal.

What’s one thing you learned or took away from the experience?

Milly: That anything is possible. Keep showing up, keep doing the work. You truly never know who’s watching or what opportunity is around the corner.

Any dream collaborations you’d love to do next?

Milly: A big perfume campaign is at the top of my list. Something timeless and cinematic. Manifesting it.
