You’ve seen the looks, the shows, and the stories, but have you ever wondered who’s behind the scenes turning those moments into magic? Meet some of the Account Managers who powered Dulcedo’s success at New York Fashion Week 2025. From securing high-value partnerships and organizing marquee events to ensuring our talent stood out on fashion’s biggest stages, our AMs didn’t just show up; they defined the week.

As one of North America’s leading talent management agencies, Dulcedo was proud to bring our influencers, creators, and athletes to the forefront of NYFW 2025, bridging creativity, influence, and innovation across every show and event.

This NYFW, collaboration, hustle, and innovation were on full display. Jessica Mannella not only organized the AM kickoff and created a unified pitching deck but also drove over $15K in brand value for the Dulcedo x NYFW Gifting Suite, featuring brands like NOYZ, Naked Sundays, and Clarins. Her leadership set the tone for a week defined by teamwork and impact.

Cat Tuong Ho delivered an exceptional debut for her talent Jazmina Portillo, managing 18 events and coordinating both the MMG Present Kickoff Party and the NYFW Kickoff Event, ensuring Dulcedo had a powerful presence from day one.

Alisha Wong made it her mission to amplify visibility across her roster, landing placements with TRESemmé and EASTEAM, while also championing agency-wide collaboration by sharing key opportunities with fellow AMs.

Meanwhile, Sophie Ciglen crafted a career-defining moment for Lauryn Nicole, securing multiple shows, meetings, and events—culminating in Lauryn’s NYFW vlog, a genuine glimpse into the energy and influence Dulcedo brings to fashion’s biggest week.

When last-minute challenges arose, Gabriela Kukura stepped up seamlessly, supporting Huda Mustafa and partnering with Aria Calligaris to ensure flawless event logistics. At the same time, Alexia Rodriguez turned one relationship into a major sponsorship win, bringing Kayali on as a paid Gifting Suite sponsor, a true NYFW highlight.

Jennet Ovezmuradova styled her talent Gacia to perfection, locking in top-tier brands like Cult Gaia, DISSH, and Meshki, while Allie McCance ensured Skylar Erna and Jules Dell had vibrant, packed schedules across 20+ NYFW events. Caroline Biedka made Sabina Lynn’s first NYFW debut one to remember, securing strategic brand placements and creative collaborations. Our Account Managers aren’t just connectors, they’re creative strategists turning opportunity into influence.

Innovation also came through collaboration. Zahra Zakipour’s event tracker inspired cross-roster networking, while Emilie Demers-Saadat’s coordination of the Tini Lux Gifting Suite ensured every Dulcedo talent had their moment to shine.

And behind the scenes, none of this would have been possible without the steady support and creativity of our internal team. Huge thanks to Amélie Goman, Loïc Jean-Mary, Sue Lee, Michelle Lam, Milan Danford, Madilynn White, and Farida Hamza for their logistical excellence and content support, as well as Sarah Perkins, JJ Machate, and Aria Calligaris for their leadership and strategic direction.

From concept to execution, this NYFW reflected the best of Dulcedo Agency: excellence through collaboration, empowerment through opportunity, and innovation through every detail.

Congratulations to every team member who helped make this NYFW unforgettable. Your creativity, agility, and partnership embody what Dulcedo stands for: a collective of passionate professionals shaping culture through talent and teamwork.
