In the fast-paced world of talent management and influencer representation, even the most successful teams must continually evolve to stay ahead. At Dulcedo Management, that evolution recently took shape through a complete reimagining of our agent onboarding and training program — a project led by our Training & Onboarding Manager, Sarah Kulaga, and Operations Manager, JJ Machate — that is transforming how new agents learn, grow, and thrive in today’s competitive landscape.
From Inconsistency to Innovation
The idea began with a simple observation: not everyone was operating the same way day to day.
We noticed inconsistencies in how agents approached their tasks. It became clear we needed something that went beyond a quick refresh. We needed to rebuild from the ground up.
Sarah, whose background bridges operations, education, and talent development, joined the effort to design a system that wasn’t just about processes but about people.
The goal wasn’t to teach tasks, it was to create an environment where agents feel confident, connected, and capable from day one.
What began as a pain point quickly became an opportunity to reshape Dulcedo’s internal culture, aligning teams through learning that feels human, dynamic, and scalable — all while setting a new industry standard for talent management onboarding.
Learning That Works
The redesigned Dulcedo agent training program introduces a unit-based learning structure, giving each topic the focus it deserves while keeping training agile and engaging. Rather than passively absorbing information, new agents now engage through live sessions, micro-tutorials, interactive workshops, and real-world action items, blending theory with application.
Everyone learns differently. We built a model that supports multiple learning styles. Whether you retain best through visuals, conversation, or doing the work, there’s something here for you.
The team also added knowledge checks, mentorship programs, and shadow opportunities that turn reinforcement into empowerment. The result is a curriculum that once took up to three months and now can be completed in just two and a half weeks — without sacrificing quality or depth.
This shift represents a major step forward in training efficiency and agent performance development, allowing Dulcedo to onboard new talent faster while maintaining its hallmark of excellence.
Collaboration at Its Core
JJ and Sarah’s working relationship became one of the program’s greatest strengths. “We finish each other’s thoughts,” JJ laughed. Their shared commitment to clarity, consistency, and cohesion made collaboration seamless — reflecting the same teamwork they wanted to instill across Dulcedo’s divisions.
Their partnership also inspired new pathways for mentorship and leadership development.
Every new Team Manager now has a mentor. It ensures that learning doesn’t end at training. It continues through guidance and connection.
This collaborative spirit mirrors Dulcedo’s broader philosophy — that empowered teams build empowered talent.
Early Results and Ripple Effects
Though the new training program was only recently launched, the impact is already tangible. New agents are arriving more prepared, more confident, and more autonomous.
“Team Managers tell us that new hires are asking fewer basic questions and taking initiative sooner,” Sarah noted.
Early indicators also show boosts in both sales performance and talent acquisition efficiency, proof that investing in structured, human-centered onboarding drives measurable business outcomes.
Dulcedo is proving that when you invest in your people, growth follows naturally — both for agents and for the brand.
Unity, Adaptability, and the Future of Learning
For JJ, the word that defines this project is unity. “This isn’t just about agents. It’s about connecting our departments through a shared foundation of knowledge and culture,” he said.
For Sarah, the word is adaptability. “We’re evolving alongside our people. Training isn’t a one-time project; it’s a living system. We review, refine, and expand it weekly so it grows with the agency.”
That adaptability includes a new Learning Management System (LMS) on the horizon — an integrated digital hub that will automate assignments, track progress, and bring AI-driven personalization to the learning experience.
By integrating technology with human insight, Dulcedo continues to lead the way in modern talent management innovation.
Redefining Growth at Dulcedo
At Dulcedo, growth has always meant more than scaling numbers. It’s about empowering the people behind the brand. The new agent training program is more than an educational tool — it’s a reflection of Dulcedo’s philosophy: investing in talent from the inside out.
Through clarity, creativity, and culture-first leadership, Sarah and JJ have built more than a training curriculum. They’ve built a foundation for the next generation of Dulcedo excellence, one confident, connected agent at a time.
