The casting call kicked off on May 15th, 2024 at 3pm and continued until 8pm, during this time the team managed over 300 model applicants! More than just a search for new faces in Canada, this event represented how the Dulcedo Montreal Model Team is innovating their approach to new talent discovery - and more importantly, how working collaboratively as a team can not only meet, but surpass goals and expectations.
The Montreal Model Team, including Anna, Lili, Mehdi, Maude, and Raphaelle, expertly organized and executed the casting on the date, leveraging two fully operational photoshoot studios to allow for a seamless flow of casting applicants. Their efforts have now not only resulted in a wealth of diverse, promising new model profiles for upcoming modelling jobs, but have also positively impacted the entire model division of with a renewed sense of purpose and direction.
Anna and Alex from Sundae Creative supported the Montreal Model Team (aka the casting directors!) in the event by crafting a compelling marketing campaign to engage maximum awareness for the casting. Their expertise and innovative approach resulted in captivating video content that significantly boosted the profile of Dulcedo's model division and created a buzz that has made waves through the industry, setting a new precedent for future model casting calls (a total of 80.5K plays and a reach of 37.9K).
Elisa also played an instrumental role in ensuring that everyone, from the team to the new talent auditioning, was well supported and that every detail was taken care of up until the event concluded successfully!
The success of this model casting event is a testament to the hard work and spirit of the entire Montreal team.
