It is with great joy and even more relief that we announce that 2018 Olympic silver medalist and our friend Max Parrot, is cancer free. Since being given the all-clear by his doctors to resume snowboarding, Max has been pushing himself to get back to the competition level he was at prior to being diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma in December 2018.
While the many rounds of chemotherapy took a toll on the 25 year old boarder, he feels strong enough to get back on the slopes and continue where he left off. Max is back to training six days a week with the same strength and determination that allowed him to fight and overcome the disease.
With his clean bill of health back in his hands, Max has narrowed his focus on training for the X Games next month in Norway, where he will be competing in the Big Air competition. The whole team at Dulcedo is ecstatic and will be joining the rest of the country in sending our full support for Max's first competition back on top.
