Karen Chen is an American figure skater on the US National Team as well as the 2018 PyeongChang and 2022 Beijing Olympic teams. A Fremont, California native, Karen started skating at the age of 5 and has felt at home on the ice ever since. At 23 years old, Karen is a decorated skater with an Olympic Silver medal, a U.S National Champion title and 4x Junior Grand Prix medals under her belt, as well as a multitude of other athletic accolades. Besides being a gifted figure skater, Karen can also boast attending one of the country's best schools, Cornell University, pursuing the health sciences. She continues to make a name for herself on ice and has left her mark outside of skating as well, adding published author to her impressive resume, releasing her memoir "Finding the Edge: My Life on the Ice" in 2017.
