Laurent was born and raised in Montreal, a place where art and culture blend flawlessly with culinary experiences. Being indulged in the scene from a very young age, it comes to no one’s surprise that he’s made a name for himself through his unique approach and creativity.  There is no specific theme or direction to his recipes. He simply goes with whatever comes to mind which makes every session utterly unique. Laurent has reached over 1 million followers across all channels in a short space of time and his audience love both his techniques and the food he makes. His main objective is to transmit his learnings and incentivize people to get in to the kitchen more often.
