Profile of our ideal candidate

As our new Influencer Agent Intern, you’ll be lending your skills and expertise to help within many components of a Talent Agent's mandate.
Your profile must be that of an extrovert & performance-driven person with a passion for everything and anything Influencers.
To excel in this role, you should possess a keen interest in digital marketing and possess knowledge of brand collaborations, talent KPIs, and emerging social media platforms.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Prospecting potential talents for representation and booking Introductory Call 1s.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the talent acquisition process and ensure that it aligns with Dulcedo's values.
Outbound brand outreach as well as taking part of Agency & brand outreach client calls.
Actively contribute to activities related to ongoing sponsorships, including contract negotiation and client communication.
Follow the different organizational protocols and tools and understand why they are in place.
Participate actively in brainstorming and strategy meetings

What you bring to the table

Possess or be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field (PR, marketing, business, or communications).
Understanding of the world of public relations, collaborations and sponsorships

Knowledge and keen interest in social media marketing.
Curiosity about the world of talent management and the role of an Agent
