Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing our hiring processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, screening CVs, and conducting initial screening calls.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, facilitating clear communication between hiring managers, talent acquisition, and applicants.
  • Actively contribute to creating an exceptional and memorable candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage and maintain applicant data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including data entry, report generation, and adding feedback and other relevant information.
  • Utilize data analytics and sourcing tools to gain insights and develop sustainable solutions aimed at enhancing our recruitment processes

What you bring to the table

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition and influencer marketing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Headquartered in Montreal, proficiency in both English and French is considered an asset
