Anna Daniszewski
An accomplished talent and client services leader with over two decades of experience in the creative, fashion, and advertising industries, Anna Daniszewski brings a rare blend of strategic vision, hands-on management, and deep cultural fluency to her role at Dulcedo. Currently serving as Associate Director at Dulcedo, she has been with the agency for nearly three years, having joined as a Team Manager and quickly becoming a trusted leader within the organization. In her role, she plays a key part in talent development, team leadership, and relationship-building across Dulcedo’s multi-vertical ecosystem, contributing to both talent success and long-term agency growth.
Prior to Dulcedo, Anna co-led the Artist Department at Folio Management, where she managed and developed the careers of some of Canada’s leading fashion stylists, hair stylists, and makeup artists. Her time at Folio was defined by strategic roster building, strong client partnerships, and a hands-on approach to career development within the fashion and beauty industries.
Her background also includes representing commercial directors at Skin and Bones Film Company during the pandemic, as well as building a strong foundation in advertising at Cossette and Lowe Roche in Toronto, where she managed high-profile accounts including Petro-Canada, Lindt & Sprüngli, IKEA Germany, and Holt Renfrew.
Entrepreneurial at heart, Anna founded and ran Cocomero Creative Consultancy for over a decade, providing creative strategy, branding, production, and social media management services for a diverse range of clients. In parallel, she has been a professional model for over 30 years, a perspective that continues to inform her talent-first approach and deep understanding of the industry.
