CAROLINE BERNIER
Caroline Bernier is Chief Financial Officer at Dulcedo, where she brings more than 25 years of experience in financial management, financing, and operations. She is recognized for her ability to combine financial rigor, operational vision, and creative sensitivity. With an MBA, she has built her career within organizations specializing in media, entertainment, and creative industries, where she has always positioned finance as a strategic driver of growth, innovation, and long-term value creation.
Before joining Dulcedo, Caroline spent nearly ten years as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Attraction, one of Canada's leading television and film production groups. In this role, she oversaw complex financial structures involving multiple entities, international co-productions, tax credit and cash flow optimization, as well as the financial and budgetary supervision of a portfolio of projects totaling tens of millions of dollars.
Caroline holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a specialization in accounting and began her career as an auditor, spending five years at Deloitte, a certified public accounting firm. This experience allowed her to develop analytical rigor, a solid understanding of financial standards, and a disciplined approach to governance.
At Dulcedo, Caroline focuses on strengthening financial governance and supporting structured, sustainable growth, convinced that solid financial foundations enable teams and talent to innovate with confidence.
Outside of work, she draws inspiration from practicing Shotokan karate and music, two disciplines that fuel her leadership style focused on balance, discipline, and creativity.
