Isobelle Gore-Ward
Isobelle Gore-Ward is an Associate Director in the Influencer Division at Dulcedo Management. Originally from the UK and now based in New York City, she is a graduate of McGill University and joined the agency in early 2022, quickly rising from Talent Agent to Associate Director.
In her role, Isobelle mentors and coaches Team Managers and Talent Agents, fostering professional growth and strengthening overall team performance, while personally managing some of the agency's top digital creators and helping them achieve new heights in visibility and revenue.
With a unique 360° perspective, Isobelle began her career on the brand side, working in PR and influencer marketing for globally recognized, publicly traded companies including Ralph Lauren, The Hut Group, and Ziff Davis. This dual experience enables her to align brand objectives with talent strategy seamlessly, driving impactful partnerships and exceptional results. Isobelle has successfully secured high-profile global campaigns for her talents with iconic brands such as American Express, Abercrombie & Fitch, Google, Taco Bell, Amazon, Nike, Netflix, Estée Lauder and more.
