Krista Pirocchi
Krista Pirocchi is one of the Associate Director's at Dulcedo, bringing over a decade of experience in talent management, public relations, and brand partnerships. Born and raised in Toronto, Krista began her career in 2015 as a Booking Assistant at a modeling agency. She found herself more drawn to the emerging world of digital creators, spending her free time reading blogs (yes, it was this long ago,) and following early YouTube Beauty Gurus as we used to call them. Recognizing that this space would transform the industry, she set her sights on influencer management.
Her first opportunity came at one of Toronto’s few agencies representing digital talent at the time, where she played an integral role in supporting the growth of the agency and quickly became the top agent, which then led to assisting in the development of their Los Angeles expansion. She later went on to launch and run her own agency, managing a roster of creators and building partnerships with leading brands.
In 2018, Krista met with Benjamin Carter for a routine client connect, and this meeting changed her life for the better. He had expressed a need for growing the agency’s influencer division specifically in Toronto and it was the perfect opportunity. As one of Dulcedo’s first employees and its very first Team Manager hire, she was instrumental in shaping the foundation of the division and scaling its operations in Toronto and beyond. Over the past 6.5 years, Krista has overseen phases of rapid growth, organizational change, and significant milestones, all while helping both emerging and established creators expand their brands and reach new heights.
Now serving as one of two Associate Directors within the division, Krista is recognized for her leadership style rooted in transparency, strategic thinking, and a people-first approach. She excels at creating an environment where her team feels supported and accountable, while guiding talent to maximize opportunities and achieve long-term success.
