Pénéloppe FISETTE
With a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal and over a decade of human resources leadership, Pénéloppe Fisette brings a strategic, people-first approach to her role as People & Culture Director for the Dulcedo Group (Dulcedo Management, Sundae Creative, and Kickflo). Her career is defined by her ability to build HR functions from the ground up, scale teams through periods of rapid growth, and align organizational culture with long-term business objectives.
Pénéloppe began her career in talent development and recruitment before joining the visual effects industry, where she spent five years as HR Manager at Folks | Artistes VFX. There, she developed and led the HR department, managed international recruitment, implemented talent management programs, and advised executives on workforce strategy.
In January 2022, she joined Dulcedo Management, where she was tasked with creating the company’s People & Culture department from scratch. Since then, she has designed and implemented scalable HR structures, overseen talent management initiatives, and driven employee integration strategies, particularly during mergers and acquisitions. Elevated to People & Culture Director in 2025, Pénéloppe now serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, guiding organizational design, workforce planning, and cultural alignment across all entities in the Dulcedo Group.
