March 8th is a significant date worldwide, as it marks International Women's Day. It's a moment to honor and celebrate the achievements of women everywhere and to acknowledge the ongoing efforts required to combat discrimination and promote equality. A recent study conducted by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce highlighted the persistent gender gap in management positions. Despite women constituting nearly half of the workforce in 2023, only around 35% held management roles. However, here at Dulcedo Management, we're rewriting this narrative. Our leadership team is predominantly composed of remarkable women, with 76% of our top positions occupied by female leaders. Furthermore, our commitment to gender equality is evident in our workforce composition, with 72% of our staff being women.
