Jamie Benn from Victoria, British Columbia, is a Canadian ice hockey player and current captain of the Dallas Stars. Drafted in 2007, Jamie quickly made a name for himself through his on-ice skills and versatility, and off-ice leadership. Jamie was named captain of the Dallas Stars in 2013, propelling them to multiple playoff appearances and leading them to the Stanley Cup Finals in 2020. In addition to his NHL success, Benn has represented Canada on the international stage multiple times, winning a gold medal at the 2014 Winter Olympics. Benn's resume includes an Art Ross Trophy in 2014-2015, a World Junior Gold Medal in 2009, and over 1000 games played in the NHL - all with the same NHL team.
