Amanda Ruller is a competitive athlete, coach, and tv personality based out of Regina, SK, Canada. She is a strength and conditioning coach to professional and collegiate football players, a member of the University of McMaster Football coaching staff, and in various tv broadcasting and hosting roles for the CFL Saskatchewan Roughriders, NLL Saskatchewan Rush, and SK Junior Hockey League. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) and Certified Exercise Physiologists (CEP) designations, and a Level 3 coaching certificate. She is no stranger to competitive sport, having competed at the Olympic trials for track and field, internationally for the Canadian Bobsleigh and Skeleton team, and holding college sprint records as a former member of the University of Regina track and field team. Amanda currently is on the Saskatchewan Olympic Lifting Team, holding provincial records in snatch and clean & jerk. She continues to develop and grow as an athlete and coach, focusing on representing Canada in future Olympic games while aspiring to become a professional football coach.
